The inventor was Frank Epperson who, in 1905, left a mixture of powdered soda and water out on the porch, which contained a stir stick. Do you know what is a poutine? That's a typical food from Quebec in Canada. I don't know if they eat it anywehere else! Pretty simple, but soooooo good! Just take some french fries, put some cheese on it and top it with brown dressing. I like to replace the brown dressing with spaghetti sauce, then you got Italian poutine! ahahah What's the point with summer? Well it just remind me when I was little, on my summer vacation, travelling in the province with my mom and dad, sitting on a picnic table near the ocean eating some poutine! Great memories!
